"Pretty easy to use overall"
I found what I needed without having to click around too much, which is always a relief, right? The pages loaded fine and checkout was simple enough. The only thing I noticed was that some of the menus felt a little crowded on my phone, but overall it was easy to get around

I’m usually a bit skeptical with sites like this because if something goes wrong, I don’t really trust customer service to actually help much. But in this case, everything was clear from the start, no hidden steps or random price jump at checkout. The code applied fine and the order went through normally. Happy with it overall and I’d probably use it again

"Support sorted it out fairly"
My order got stuck, so I opened a dispute because I was getting a bit worried about the whole thing. Support actually replied quicker than I thought and asked me to send some screenshots. There was a little back and forth, and that part was kind of annoying, but they eventually got it handled and sorted out my top-up/refund option. it felt fair enough, and I’d use lootbar again.

"Got It in the End, But Had to Wait It Out"
I did get it eventually, but the delivery process wasn’t very clear. I kept having to just sit there and be patient without really knowing what was going on, which was annoying. It worked out in the end, but the updates could’ve been a lot better.

"Nice variety without feeling overwhelming"
I spent some time browsing lootbar.gg, and my first impression was that the selection is actually solid. It felt like they covered a good mix of games, not just the biggest or most obvious ones, which I personally appreciated.

Finding items and currencies was straightforward too. I didn’t feel like I had to dig through a bunch of confusing pages just to get where I wanted, which makes a big difference for me when I’m checking out a site like this.
Some of the categories could probably be organized a little better, but that’s more of a minor thing in my opinion. Overall, I liked the amount of choice they had, and I’d give it 5 stars.

"Support replied faster than I expected"
I had a small issue with my order, so I contacted support thinking I’d probably be waiting a while. To be fair, they got back to me quickly and it actually felt like they read my message instead of sending some generic copy-paste reply.

They helped sort it out without making me go back and forth forever, which I appreciated. Since it was still an inconvenience on my end, I do think some kind of small credit or compensation would be fair, but overall the support experience was better than I expected.

My order wasn’t go the way I expected, so I had to ask for a refund. Support was reply a little slow at first, which was kind of annoying, but they did help me in the end. The money came back after a few days, so I can’t really complain too much. It wasn’t perfect, but they didn’t just ignore me, so I’m okay with it. 4 stars from me.

I had to reach out to support about my order and they did get it sorted in the end. It took longer than I thought it would, and I had to explain the problem twice, which was kinda annoying tbh. But the person I talked to was polite and fixed it, so it wasn't a bad experiance overall. Just wish they were a little faster tho.

"Privacy seemed fine, but heads up about the emails"
I didn’t have to give a ton of personal info, so privacy-wise it felt okay to me. Just a warning though: the emails got a bit annoying, which is why I’m taking off a star.
